Please take note that we ship orders are shipped Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.  So if you choose your shipping method as a Priority Mail / Priority Mail Express please allow an additional 48 hours for processing.

Q:   Is the price listed below the picture for one (1) bar of soap, bath bomb, lotion bottle, candle, or items?

A: That's correct. The price listed is for only a quantity of one item.

Q:   Is shipping included in the price?

A:   No shipping is not included.

Q:   Do you charge tax?

A:   Yes, we are required by law to do so.

Q:   What happened to the items in my cart?  You're sold out of what I wanted to order.

A:   Unfortunately, when we have people shopping for the same items, they will checkout before someone else. Being that we only make small batches, quantities are limited.  We will remake that item if it is a product that people want. But we cannot promise that it will look exactly the same as the previously sold out batch. Remember, these are handcrafted products and no 2 recipe batches look the same.

Q:   Do you offer gift certificates?

A:   You can purchase gift certificates in denomination amounts of $10, $25, $50 and $100. They’re sent right to your inbox.

Q:   I've mailed my package to the wrong address! Can you send a replacement?

A:   It is your responsibility, as the BUYER, to make sure your address is correct. If a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the   "Contact Us"   page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible.  If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.

Q:   Do you ship out of the continental USA?

A:   Yes we do! Please contact us via the   "Contact Us"   page for the current shipping/customs charges for your country. Just like us, we want to save YOU as much money as possible.

Q:   Hey! My package arrived damaged. What do I need to do?

A:  Oh no! Please contact us via the   "Contact Us"   page and we will do our best to make things right ASAP!

Q:   What payment methods due you offer?

A:   We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal Express. We DO NOT accept personal checks or money orders.

Q:   How do I track my order?

A:   We will email you with a Tracking Number once your order ships.

Q:   Where do I view my cart?

A:   At the top of the page click on the the "basket / cart" icon.

Q:   I don't remember my password. How can I reset it?

A:   Click on the link below the the "Sign In" button that says "Forgot Your Password?" It will ask you for the email address that you used. We will send you a link that allows you to reset your password.
