Changes, Cancellations, Allergies, Returns Policies


Texas Bath House works hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is submitted we cannot accept cancellations or changes. It is your responsibility as the BUYER  to provide us with the correct information.  Should an error occur on our part during the processing of your order, we will gladly make things right. However, not liking the color of the product, its scent, or effects is not a shipping mistake. For this, we cannot replace the product. Every person perceives "smells" differently, just as every "body" reacts differently to ingredients.


Texas Bath House is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. Please be advised that our products are made in our studio that processes other products that may contain: soy, dairy, tree nuts, gluten and other possible allergens and may contain traces of all of the above.

People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.


Due to the nature of our all natural products, Texas Bath House cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.
